About Ask PATCH

PATCH is an interactive physics mentor built on the Curved Horizons STEM Program (Chapters 1–31) by Alan Lasker. It teaches at four bands — Foundations, High School, Advanced Enrichment, and Human Dimensions, the human and ethical side of the science — and can draw a diagram for anything geometric, any time you ask.

Things to try:

Install it: on iPhone or iPad, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app. It will then open full screen with its own icon.

Privacy: no accounts, no names, no email, no cookies, no advertising, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Your questions and PATCH’s answers are kept, tied only to the access code, so that a parent or teacher can look back over them and so that every answer can be checked for accuracy. Tap History to read the last 30 days, save or print a copy, or delete all of it at once.

Finished, or handing the device over? Use Sign out at the top of the screen. It clears the conversation and returns to the code screen, so the next person starts fresh with their own access code.
